Last week, INEOS CEO Jim Ratcliffe criticized the EU’s green regulations and taxes in an ​open letter​ to Jean-Claude Juncker. Stating that INEOS’ new Antwerp investment is the first of its kind in a generation, Ratcliffe’s message to Juncker is clear: relax the regulations to ensure a brighter future for European petrochemicals.
