WE VOEREN ACTIE!
Vanochtend hebben we een protestkamp opgetrokken op het terrein van INEOS in de Antwerpse haven. Daar bezetten we met zo’n 100 activisten het bos waar de vervuilende multinational twee nieuwe plastiekfabrieken wil bouwen. Dat kunnen we namelijk niet laten gebeuren!
Met deze actie willen we nogmaals druk zetten op Omgevingsminster Zuhal Demir en de Vlaamse regering om dit project niet te laten doorgaan. Deze plastiekfabrieken horen NIET thuis in onze Antwerpse haven, wij willen investeringen in circulaire & klimaatneutrale projecten.

NOUS AGISSONS !
Ce matin, nous avons installé un camp de protestation sur le site d'INEOS dans le port d'Anvers. Avec une centaine de militants, nous occupons la forêt où la multinationale polluante veut construire deux nouvelles usines de plastique. Nous ne pouvons pas laisser cela se produire !
Par cette action, nous voulons faire pression sur le ministre de l'environnement Zuhal Demir et sur le gouvernement flamand pour qu'ils ne laissent pas ce projet aller de l'avant. Ces usines de plastique n'ont pas leur place dans notre port d'Anvers, nous voulons investir dans des projets circulaires et climatiquement neutres.

WE'RE TAKING ACTION!
This morning we set up a protest camp on the INEOS site in the port of Antwerp. There, with over 100 activists, we occupy the forest where the polluting multinational wants to build two new plastic factories. We cannot let that happen!
With this action we want to put pressure once again on Environment Minister Zuhal Demir and the Flemish government not to let this project go ahead. These plastic factories do NOT belong in our Antwerp port, we want to invest in circular & climate-neutral projects.
