Two urgent questions: sustainability and poverty
Since the second half of 2018, the climate issue has been at the heart of the public debate. As is evident from the major climate demonstrations, the mobilisation of young people, the many opinion pieces published and
the various solutions proposed in reports and in the media, etc. At the same time, we have seen demonstrations demanding more purchasing power and social justice.
A few months earlier, the Support Committee of the Combat Poverty, Insecurity and Social Exclusion Service (hereinafter the Combat Poverty Service) had decided to devote the 2018-2019 Biennial Report to the subject of "Sustainability and Poverty".
