The fight against INEOS Project One is entering a new phase. Until 25 September, anyone can submit an objection to the construction of the ethane cracker. Once again, 14 NGOs will submit objections and concerned citizens will also have the opportunity to do so. We would like to help you with that.
On our website, you will find a model objection letter with well-founded arguments that you can use to submit your own objections to the new environmental permit application for Ineos Project One. You can, of course, complete this with your own personal arguments. The more different objections, the better! The deadline for submitting an objection is 25 September before midnight.
Submit your objection via the environmental portal. Click on the button "ADD NEW NOTICE OF OBJECTION". Log on with your (Belgian) e-ID and follow the instructions.

Ask in your e-mail to confirm the receipt of your objection within the valid term by replying to your e-mail by return. Do not forget to include your full name and address at the top of your appeal.
